I do not charge cancellation fees. I do ask for as much notice as possible and transparent communication. I offer flexibility and understanding that, I believe, further supports my clients in being true to themselves without scrambling for excuses in effort to avoid punitive charges. I am not interested in upholding the professional status quo without sustainable reasoning. In these challenging times, I aim to move agreements to center on mutual respect. I know that every person experiences unforeseen life circumstances, now more than ever for many. And I am no exception! So I ask the same in return of my clients, as I may also ask for your flexibility and understanding. In my experience, this has supported trust and safety necessary to the clinical relationship.
